Information in your enquiry
When you request a quote, you provide your name, email address, optional phone number and company, site postcode, equipment requirements, optional hire dates and project details. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote and discuss hire arrangements. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message.
Form processing
The enquiry form sends your information to Splitforms over HTTPS for processing and email notification. Splitforms may also process technical information such as your IP address for service operation and spam prevention. Read Splitforms’ privacy policy for its processing details. You can contact us by email instead.
Why we use your information
We process enquiry details to take steps you request before a hire contract and to manage and respond to business enquiries. Where required, information may also be retained to meet legal obligations.
Browser storage and cookies
The quote shortlist stores equipment identifiers and quantities in your browser’s local storage. It does not store contact details. This functional storage lets you keep a list between pages and visits. Use “Clear list” in the quote list to remove it, or clear this website’s storage in your browser settings.
This package includes no analytics, advertising scripts or non-essential tracking cookies. Images and fonts are served from the website itself. Hosting and form providers may retain technical service logs.
Retention and sharing
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage relevant hire arrangements and meet applicable obligations. Information is not sold for marketing. Hosting, email and form providers process data as needed to operate the service.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your information, ask for deletion or restriction where applicable, and object to relevant processing. Email us with your request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
